- Planning and comprehensive management of the project. It is carried out at the very beginning, as the first step. It consists of designing a plan for the entire project, considering everything that will be done, including the various works that need to be carried out, the necessary materials and a schedule. At this stage, it is essential to listen to and understand the customer’s demands.
- Study of costs. OM28 Architects will be reviewing the budgets, solving any deviation, and trying to be efficient with the materials acquired by the customer.
- Responsible for quality. Projects often involve contractors and subcontractors. As Project Manager, we will be in charge of supervising the works and whether the required specifications are met.
- Safety management in the workplace. Construction sites are places full of risks for the safety of the people working there. Any potential accident is a problem for the injured worker, for the company on site and for the customer. The Project Manager must watch over and take the appropriate measure to prevent any type of these situations.
