VILLA BUENOS AIRES

Sotogrande Costa, Costa del Sol, Spain

Villa Buenos Aires is a perfect combination of the essence of the traditional Andalusian home with touches of modern architecture.
The white colour, the traditional materials such as Arabic tiles and Nasrid bricks, the sandstone masonry walls and the Ronda doors, are contrasted with the aluminium carpentry in dark tones, the glass railings and the porches with simple lines.

Villa Buenos Aires, the perfect combination of tradition and modernity

In the interior, the extreme openings in front of the aged wood make this a genuine combination of tradition and modernity.
Indoors and outdoors merge in a warm and comfortable porch, where the turquoise colour of the swimming pool contrasts with the dominant white of the house, which together with the touches of green of the olive trees, myrtles and rosemary and the ochre of the albero, reminiscent of the farmhouses of Andalusia.
This house has allowed OM28 to rediscover their origins as architects from the south of Spain, designing an architecture with Andalusian tradition and an air of modernity.
