El Paseo del Parque is one of the exclusive homes of the Club Houses Living Resort Group with villas on the best golf courses in the world.
This project was approached as the refurbishment and reformation of the existing house. The entrance of light was always the driving force behind this challenge from the outset, as its orientation, the dimensions of the openings and the programming made it difficult.

The structure of the house was preserved, reorganising the interior layout and making large openings to the outside. The swimming pool area was transformed by adding the old garage as a guest quarters, adding a summer dining room with barbecue and refurbishing the existing swimming pool with a jacuzzi. The glasshouse on the main façade makes living and enjoying the outdoors and indoors complement each other.
Modern materials such as large-format porcelain tiles, aluminium and steel joinery and fine wood panelling make the spaces warm, comfortable and at the same time modern.
A good example of our work rehabilitating and reforming old houses, giving them a new character and personality of their own.
