Located in the upper area of the prestigious Sotogrande urbanisation, this project was approached as an extension of an existing structure.
Villa Feria is both modern and warm at the same time. The large light-seeking windows, micro-cement floors and bathrooms, linear balustrades, high sloping ceilings and the “infinity” swimming pool contrast with the warmth of the Arabic tiles, aged wood, wrought iron doors and stone walls. Another example of our modern Andalusian architecture.
Villa Feria, a modern and warm house
The terraces are a fundamental part of this design. These overlook a wooded setting more reminiscent of the island of Bali than the Costa del Sol. And below them, a swimming pool of light tones that overflows into this green forest and invites you to relax and enjoy your garden.
