At OM28 Architects, in Sotogrande and Costa del Sol, we are local partners of national and international architecture firms. We have collaborated with other architecture studios and companies related to this sector, with the support of more than twenty years of experience in architecture, legal architecture, urban planning and landscaping.
OUR COLLABORATIONS
In OM28 Architects, we collaborate with other professionals and related architecture studios through the following services:
- We collaborate by providing legal support and advice for foreign architects not authorised in Spain for the drafting of projects in all their stages, with vast knowledge of the applicable state, regional and local regulations.
- Urban advice.
- Advice regarding Town Halls and Autonomous Government of Andalucía (licenses and authorizations management).
- Advice on hiring construction companies, suppliers and construction professionals.

In our architecture studio, we believe that the evolution of technology and science, and the global tendency to work in multidisciplinary teams as a way to achieve better results, place architecture in a position to integrate itself to these challenges by learning and nourishing from working in projects collaboratively.
OM28 Architects brings together both technical specialists and management leaders, who are aware of the important innovations in the market, and we ponder the true collaboration between professionals in this sector.

INTERDISCIPLINARY COLLABORATIONS
From our position as a local partner of international companies, we have collaborated with organizations from different cultures, backgrounds, disciplines and academic backgrounds.
In this context, within the architecture, landscaping and urban planning services we offer, the approach between one professional designer and another may differ when facing the same problem and, therefore, the proposed and devised solutions will also differ.
In these cases, at OM28 Architects we consider experience as an added value that allows us to reconcile positions, build agreements and move the project forward, in pursuit of complying with the quality standards set with the customer.
